After an finish Elaine Rubock and Geoff Hull from Wynnum were the winners of the Competition defeating Ron Schodel from Wynnum and Barbara Hill from Broadbeach 7 - 2. Third place went to Bob Linnaker and Tung Nguyen from Tweed Heads who defeated Pat and Charmain Peppin 7 - 6. It was Pat and Charmaim's first tournament . Congratulations to all players.
