Championships of Ireland
Wednesday afternoon doubles by Danny Johnston
Hi all, back to commentating after a quick block game against Evan.
05 Aug 2015 4:38PM (Tournament); 2 Readers
We have 2 games of doubles, one championship and one handicap
05 Aug 2015 4:40PM (Tournament); 2 Readers
Championship is Jack Clingan and Evan Newell versus Fred and Rónán Rogerson. The former pair are unbeaten so far I gather and causing a stir
05 Aug 2015 4:42PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Jack begins the game by sending green off the EB at max distance position
05 Aug 2015 4:43PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Rónán sends pink out as a standard WB tice
05 Aug 2015 4:43PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Evan shoots with brown third turn and hits pink, will set a dream leave
05 Aug 2015 4:43PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
dream leave complete, leaves a 14" rush pointing 4 yards south of pink near the WB
05 Aug 2015 4:44PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Fred sot down the line and missed, jack will have the first break
05 Aug 2015 4:48PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Through hoop 1 and should be away, he's been been plaing solidly thus far in these championships
05 Aug 2015 4:49PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
On lawn 1 the handicap doubles have commenced. This year has been quite good with some varied pairings (mid+mid, high+high, high+low)
05 Aug 2015 4:50PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Today we have Simon Williams and his new partner David Mulligan against Pitsy Fatzgerald and his parter Karen Davidson-Perrins
05 Aug 2015 4:51PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Two old faces paired with two new ones, and keen new ones at that
05 Aug 2015 4:51PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
The first attempt at a hoop was made by Karen who bounced off one. Simon then instructed his partner to shoot at the 2 oppo balls at 1 from around the peg, and David shot and hit!
05 Aug 2015 4:52PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
David made it through one before leaving Patsy behind, plugging Karen towards 3 (ended up nearer 6) and joining up with partner in corner 2
05 Aug 2015 4:53PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
David left a double for Patsy which he's taken on..... misses
05 Aug 2015 4:53PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Sorry hits!
05 Aug 2015 4:53PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Patsy leaves Simon's ball in corner 2, leaves David just south of hoop 3 and rushes partner back to 1. He will leave a rush here to allow Karen score some hoops early doors and catch up with David
05 Aug 2015 4:55PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Back to the championship, Jack running hoop 4
05 Aug 2015 4:55PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Has his sweaty 6 yarder to retrieve Fred's ball from the corner for a 4 ball break
05 Aug 2015 4:55PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
No, turning it down in favour of his recpetion ball. Not even bothering going back to the corner, just content on a 3 ball
05 Aug 2015 4:56PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Sends a terrible pioneer to 6, only reaches the peg
05 Aug 2015 4:57PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Handicap doubles!
Simon shot at David missing
Karen played and has made hoop 1 and faces a hampered stroke to hit partner and retain the innings
05 Aug 2015 4:57PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Looks nasty, her ball only travelled half the distance to partner but it wasn't a fault.
Simon will play now and lay up for David. good for Karen to get off 1 though, always a good settler for the inexperienced partner
05 Aug 2015 4:59PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Simon rushes partner to the middle of the NB, will play a big take off down to the balls north of 1
05 Aug 2015 4:59PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Well I say a big take off, a take off
05 Aug 2015 5:00PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Has roqueted Patsy, he'll probably stick him to 4 and leave Karen at 3
05 Aug 2015 5:00PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Almost, instead tries to wire patsy on David's ball using the furniture down the middle. Looks good
05 Aug 2015 5:01PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
David marks a spot near 3 for a wire with Karen's ball, Simon nearly hits it and will finish it with the take off
05 Aug 2015 5:01PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
So the turn will end with Patsy and Karen only able to see each other, wired from oppo
05 Aug 2015 5:02PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Championship. Jack failed to get a 2 back pioneer somehow and will struggle to get a good leave together from this break
05 Aug 2015 5:03PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
He has run 1-back and has to rush to 2-back from level with 6. He has no room to send a ball further than the peg for a 3-back pioneer
05 Aug 2015 5:03PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Jack bit off a bit too much trying for a pioneer and now has no rush. Evan comes to add his tactical insight
05 Aug 2015 5:04PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
In the handicap Patsy shot up at Karen and missed leaving David with 2 bals at his next hoop should he make 2. His approach is only ok, angled hoop to come. Breakdown could be costly.
Sticks the hoop.
Not sure what the bisque situation is, I think Patsy and Karen may have a single one
05 Aug 2015 5:06PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Great opportunity for Karen is she can hit her 4 yarder, 2 balls at her hoop
05 Aug 2015 5:06PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Slides by Patsy to corner 3. David will have 1 hoop.
Aha a bisque from Karen!
05 Aug 2015 5:07PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Championship: Jack decided not to roll off 2-back and has joined up near 2
05 Aug 2015 5:07PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Oh dear Karen missed :(
Never fun missing with a bisque
05 Aug 2015 5:09PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
David makes hoop 2 and seems to have committed a fault playing a roll or something?
05 Aug 2015 5:10PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
I'm confused about what happened there. David's clip is on 4 though so he made 2 hoops.
Patsy in play down setting up for Karen at hoop 2. Sends Simon's ball to hoop 4 (not good if David hits) and David's ball to level with 3 on the EB
05 Aug 2015 5:11PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Championship: Rónán missed up the line, but then Evan in a fit of madness shot at him and missed. Risky pick up attempt failed there Evan.
05 Aug 2015 5:12PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Rónán embarking on a break, rush to 1 is hopeless so he'll just croquet it down while joining up in corner 4. Croquet's both off the lawn by overworking those shoulder muscles
05 Aug 2015 5:13PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Not too bad though, leaves partner a 4 foot yard line rush to 1 with oppo on the yard line behind 1 and just south of 2
05 Aug 2015 5:14PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Handicap: Karen has squeaked through 2 and needs to have her shot watched again. David is lurking near them should she miss and he has partner waiting at his hoop thanks to Patsy...
05 Aug 2015 5:16PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
She's made her roquet this time though so crisis averted from their point of view
05 Aug 2015 5:16PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Back in the Championship, Jack shot along the south boundary at oppo and has hit in by the looks of it. Will try and make his hoop off white in the corner I think, few good shots needed here
05 Aug 2015 5:17PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Handicap: Karen sent partner to 3 for a leave but accidentally hit it off the lawn just south of corner 3 leaving them split. David joins up with Simon at hoop 4.
05 Aug 2015 5:19PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Pasty shoots at Karen near hoop 2 and misses. 9-10 yards between them
05 Aug 2015 5:19PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
David misses Simon from 4 yards...
05 Aug 2015 5:20PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Championship!
Jack didn't attempt the hoop and has instead joined up with Evan near hoop 2. This awful choice has been justly punished by Fred who has hit in from west of 1 and has a chance of a break
05 Aug 2015 5:21PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Handicap
After David's miss Patsy hit Karen. He has played a poor heavy take off sending Karen north of 3 and the strikers ball 6 yards away from oppo.
Copes and roquets David. Sensibly rolls David to 4 this time and will move Simon to a distant part of the court. Yep rushes him to the WB 2yards north of 1
05 Aug 2015 5:23PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Championship
I spoke too soon, Fred has clanged 1 off Jacks ball and now jack can either make 2 hoops and have a good leave with a length of the lawn shot for oppo. Or he can go to the peg only conceding a lift, this seems more likely.
05 Aug 2015 5:24PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
OR they could do something else completely bizzare and unpredictable, it really is hard to know
05 Aug 2015 5:25PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
In the Handicap, David shot at Simon and bounced off hoop 1 (I think...).
Patsy is now playing to try and tidy up a nice rush for partner
05 Aug 2015 5:26PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Seems to have succeeded
05 Aug 2015 5:27PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
In the Championship Jack is continuing and the break is such that I have no idea what they'll do next
05 Aug 2015 5:27PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Handicap
David shooting..... Misses by a yard and a half
05 Aug 2015 5:28PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Karen to play!
05 Aug 2015 5:28PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Karen to play!
05 Aug 2015 5:28PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Karen to play!
05 Aug 2015 5:28PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Karen to play!
05 Aug 2015 5:28PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
I'll have to move soon when the bridge players come
05 Aug 2015 5:29PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Which will be a shame because my position is very comfortable, if I had a pint it would be stellar
05 Aug 2015 5:29PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Karen has a slightly angled hoop
05 Aug 2015 5:30PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Crawls through again and cannot see partner. Expensive getting hoops but conceding the innings each time
05 Aug 2015 5:31PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Championship
Jack looks confused
05 Aug 2015 5:31PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Seems to be stopping after his 2 hoops, will leave Evan to do one of those triple peels he's known for
05 Aug 2015 5:38PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Indeed that's what they've done, only with an OSL rather than a good leave. To be fair he had some work to do to get everything out
05 Aug 2015 5:39PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Rónán goes to corner 2 from around the peg. Work to do for Evan's triple, but he's through 1 off partner
05 Aug 2015 5:42PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Ah. Evan croquets himself off the lawn 3 yards away from Fred on the WB. And Fred misses.
This is really a bit crap.
05 Aug 2015 5:42PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Handicap doubles!
Since we've been away David had a good 2 hoop break, scoring 4 and 5. But then catastrophe struck when he missed his return roquet and jamed in the back of 5.
The ensuing play now means Karen has a 1 foot hoop 4 with a chance of a break if she makes it
05 Aug 2015 5:44PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
She's made it clean and has a forward rush!
05 Aug 2015 5:44PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Let's see how Patsy judges this situation, will he bold or conservative
05 Aug 2015 5:45PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
CHAMPIONSHIP
Evan has rushed partner off the SB meaning all 4 balls are on the SB (don't ask me how they got there, much missing involved)
05 Aug 2015 5:47PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Lets see how this unfolds...
05 Aug 2015 5:47PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Partner sent up to where is came from near the WB level with the peg
05 Aug 2015 5:48PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Roquet 1 oppo ball near corner 1
05 Aug 2015 5:48PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Might have a cannon
05 Aug 2015 5:48PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Handicap
This is more interesting
05 Aug 2015 5:48PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Patsy elected to be bold and try for a break and Karen failed to roquet David's ball in the jaws of 5!
05 Aug 2015 5:49PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
This has allowed David in and he could make a serious break here
05 Aug 2015 5:50PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Oh no! He's jammed in 6! all the balls in front of him, oh what might have been!
05 Aug 2015 5:50PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
CHAMPIONSHIP
Evan played a decent cannon and had a mediocre approach to 2
05 Aug 2015 5:51PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Runs 2 with a rush pointing at corner 2 which is not very useful in truth
05 Aug 2015 5:51PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
He has balls available though so a few good shots and he'll have a 3 ball break. Needs one big rush to hoop 3 from south of hoop 1 for that to happen
05 Aug 2015 5:52PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Karen lined up in front of 5 as the rain comes back and starts to sheet down.
Maybe I'll grab some tea...
05 Aug 2015 5:53PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Oh she's made a hash of it somehow...
Simon back in to set up David again. This is a pretty even match so far, equal number of costly errors from both sides
05 Aug 2015 5:54PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
CHAMPIONSHIP
Evan makes a balls of his croquet stroke across to 4 and so his rush to 3 is now pointing at 3 on the adjacent lawn rather than his own... (The adjacent lawn to the west obv)
05 Aug 2015 5:55PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Will try and roll off 3 from about 3 miles away
05 Aug 2015 5:55PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Fails unsurprisingly and will probably retreat to partner, joining up in lawn again for a laugh
05 Aug 2015 5:56PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
HANDICAP
05 Aug 2015 5:56PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Simon appears to have faulted himself on a croquet stroke involving Karen's ball
05 Aug 2015 5:57PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Karen takes off from Simon's ball 8 yards south of hoop 5 to partner south of hoop 4
05 Aug 2015 5:58PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Plays a big shot that moves partner 6 yards. Karen struggles for power but that was a good stroke
05 Aug 2015 5:58PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
She's laying up a rush for Patsy on the EB, good turn
05 Aug 2015 5:59PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
David is at hoop 6 (his hoop) and Simon is well south of hoop 5
05 Aug 2015 5:59PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Simon and David are for 1 and 6
05 Aug 2015 6:00PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Patsy and Karen are for 1 and 5
05 Aug 2015 6:00PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
CHAMPIONSHIP
Rogersons are for 1 and 1
05 Aug 2015 6:00PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Jack is for 4-back and Evan is for 3
05 Aug 2015 6:00PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Rónán misses at oppo, Evan reciprocates giving Rónán a chance
05 Aug 2015 6:08PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
He's made through 1, huge amount of work to do to turn it in to a break
05 Aug 2015 6:08PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
And the break ends after 1 as he misses to partner in corner 2
05 Aug 2015 6:08PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Jack begrudingly steps out in to the rain
05 Aug 2015 6:09PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
HANDICAP
I've had to move to an inferior commentary position so I can see as much of this but I'll do my best
05 Aug 2015 6:09PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Clips are in the same spot as before, Karen for 5, David for 6, old hands both for 1
05 Aug 2015 6:10PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Karen is laid up at 5, and moved her clip to hoop 6!
05 Aug 2015 6:11PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
David shoots down from 6 and misses
05 Aug 2015 6:12PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Patsy rushes up to 6, and peels Karen well from 4 yards
05 Aug 2015 6:12PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
The P+K partnership have surged in to the lead! a few more hoops and we might see peels
05 Aug 2015 6:15PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
David shoots up at oppo and misses to the north boundary. He couldn't join up as Simon was near 1-back, but if he had hit it was very good so worth taking on
05 Aug 2015 6:16PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
CHAMPIONSHIP
Fred is now on a break. Again an untidy one with lots of work to do to make his next hoop
05 Aug 2015 6:17PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Backward take off from partner to make hoop 2
05 Aug 2015 6:18PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Lining it up, this could be important
05 Aug 2015 6:18PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Leaves a 3 yard hoop, not ideal but the hoops are receptive
05 Aug 2015 6:18PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Yep zips through as if the thing wasn't there. Good chance to develop a break now
05 Aug 2015 6:19PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
HANDICAP
Simon has the innings now, I think that has resulted from a hit in from distance
05 Aug 2015 6:20PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Doing some fancy laying up with wires and such I imagine
05 Aug 2015 6:20PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Yep, leaving patsy at 1-back wired from himself and partner set up in the middle of the court near hoop 6 where David needs to go
05 Aug 2015 6:23PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Patsy shooting at partner near 2-back...
Hits!
05 Aug 2015 6:23PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Innings regained
05 Aug 2015 6:23PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
CHAMPIONSHIP
Fred is tootling round have dug out a lovely break
05 Aug 2015 6:24PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
approaching 6 in full control now
05 Aug 2015 6:24PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Evan has effectively popped himself to 3 just to make that triple challenging enough to bother concentrating on
05 Aug 2015 6:25PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
Fred through 1back, gearing up for a nice spread with Jack's 4-back ball at the peg
05 Aug 2015 6:26PM (Tournament); 1 Readers
HANDICAP
Patsy has split up oppo to corners 1 and 4 with Karen in front of 1 back and himself nearby
05 Aug 2015 6:28PM (Tournament); 2 Readers
David shoots at partner in corner 4
misses
05 Aug 2015 6:29PM (Tournament); 2 Readers
Patsy comes in from the rain and declares he's playing like a "f*ing genius"
05 Aug 2015 6:29PM (Tournament); 2 Readers
His partner is now searching for him as she is unsure what to do
05 Aug 2015 6:30PM (Tournament); 2 Readers
He's returned and we will have progress
05 Aug 2015 6:31PM (Tournament); 2 Readers
The rain has let up which is nice, lets see how long it lasts
05 Aug 2015 6:31PM (Tournament); 2 Readers
Karen runs 1-back for a 2 hoops lead. a big take off to split oppo in corner 4 coming up
05 Aug 2015 6:31PM (Tournament); 2 Readers
CHAMPIONSHIP
Fred has elected to try for a bizzare NSL/reverse OSL hybrid leave
05 Aug 2015 6:33PM (Tournament); 2 Readers
Unbeliveable Jeff
05 Aug 2015 6:33PM (Tournament); 2 Readers
Evan's ball in front of 4, Jack's ball around the peg open on everything and possible with a double at oppo
05 Aug 2015 6:34PM (Tournament); 2 Readers
No Fred has left a rush for 2, so the double will only be from B baulk...
05 Aug 2015 6:35PM (Tournament); 2 Readers
Jack and Evan deep in discussion, they really want Evan to play but can't persuade themselves to do it I think
05 Aug 2015 6:35PM (Tournament); 2 Readers
They persuaded themseves, Evan shoots at oppo from B baulk
05 Aug 2015 6:36PM (Tournament); 2 Readers
HITS
05 Aug 2015 6:37PM (Tournament); 2 Readers
Work to do but a ball in the middle to do it with
05 Aug 2015 6:38PM (Tournament); 2 Readers
HANDICAP
Karen took-off very well and split oppo up, but her lag back to partner left a double which Simon has hit from 20 yards. High quality game this, innings being wrested back repeatedly
05 Aug 2015 6:39PM (Tournament); 2 Readers
Simon currently trying to get a rush back up to 6 for david, dangerous take off coming
05 Aug 2015 6:40PM (Tournament); 2 Readers
Well short
05 Aug 2015 6:40PM (Tournament); 2 Readers
Will roll back up I think
05 Aug 2015 6:40PM (Tournament); 2 Readers
CHAMPIONSHIP
Evan majestically slides through 3 to set up a 3 ball break. Trivial from here as they say
05 Aug 2015 6:42PM (Tournament); 2 Readers
HANDICAP
Simon ended up joining very wide somehow, Patsy shot down missing to near Simon.
Simon shoots at Patsy 8 yards away and misses. Innings handed back with balls near Karens hoop
05 Aug 2015 6:44PM (Tournament); 2 Readers
CHAMPIONSHIP
Evan on hoop 5, considered giving himself a rush to the oppo ball on the WB for a 4 ball
05 Aug 2015 6:45PM (Tournament); 2 Readers
Doesn't manage, goes to it after 6
05 Aug 2015 6:47PM (Tournament); 2 Readers
Triple getting seriously delayed here...
05 Aug 2015 6:48PM (Tournament); 2 Readers
HANDICAP
Some interaction has seen Simon and David regain the innings
05 Aug 2015 6:48PM (Tournament); 3 Readers
CHAMPIONSHIP
Evan inexplicably misses his 1-back pioneer leaving a big target for oppos forward ball, blessed it wasn't Rónáns
05 Aug 2015 6:50PM (Tournament); 3 Readers
Fred hits, and he looks like he's making hoops
05 Aug 2015 6:51PM (Tournament); 3 Readers
Has a 2.5 foot 4-back, just about through
05 Aug 2015 6:51PM (Tournament); 3 Readers
Hits his roquet, lots of work to do for his next hoop
05 Aug 2015 6:51PM (Tournament); 3 Readers
Well, a big split shot
05 Aug 2015 6:52PM (Tournament); 3 Readers
Comes well short of brown at hoop 2, roquets it off the WB
05 Aug 2015 6:52PM (Tournament); 3 Readers
Has pink near 1 to play with, green (oppo) is level with rover 3 yards east
05 Aug 2015 6:53PM (Tournament); 3 Readers
Takes off south of pink for a rush back up. Tries very hard to cross wire himself but just avoids it
05 Aug 2015 6:54PM (Tournament); 3 Readers
snicks pink to nowhere and will join wide in c4 and 5 yards north on EB
05 Aug 2015 6:55PM (Tournament); 3 Readers
HANDICAP
While we've been away Patsy has started making hoops!
05 Aug 2015 6:55PM (Tournament); 3 Readers
He's through 6 and I have no idea if he's managed any peels yet
05 Aug 2015 6:56PM (Tournament); 3 Readers
Will become clear at 2-back probably, seeing as that was Karen's hoop last time I looked
05 Aug 2015 6:57PM (Tournament); 3 Readers
CHAMPIONSHIP
Jack has picked up green from the middle of the lawn and is shooting at partneron the WB from A baulk
05 Aug 2015 6:57PM (Tournament); 2 Readers
Misses
05 Aug 2015 6:58PM (Tournament); 2 Readers
2 balls in the vicinity of Rónán's hoop now. But he's missed his 5 yard trickle...
05 Aug 2015 6:58PM (Tournament); 2 Readers
Oh dear croquet, oh dear
05 Aug 2015 6:58PM (Tournament); 2 Readers
HANDICAP
Patsy has ballsed up an attempted straight peel of 2-back leaving him a very difficult jump over partner to continue
05 Aug 2015 7:01PM (Tournament); 2 Readers
The clean jump fails, but it was a tricky shot
05 Aug 2015 7:01PM (Tournament); 2 Readers
He broke down next to David's ball, so the innings have been surrendered but hoops are unlikely I suspect
05 Aug 2015 7:02PM (Tournament); 2 Readers
CHAMPIONSHIP
Jack hit in after Rónán's miss, currently lining up a rush to 4-back off oppo balls on the EB
05 Aug 2015 7:03PM (Tournament); 2 Readers
Rush is short, but he should cope
05 Aug 2015 7:03PM (Tournament); 2 Readers
He can 2 ball from here, not much else on
05 Aug 2015 7:04PM (Tournament); 2 Readers
Awful approach leaves very angled hoop
05 Aug 2015 7:04PM (Tournament); 2 Readers
Smacks it and it goes through well, but no rush to penult so think needed
05 Aug 2015 7:04PM (Tournament); 2 Readers
Probably a speculative roll with the option to join up
05 Aug 2015 7:05PM (Tournament); 2 Readers
Oppo now in the middle and on EB, partner on WB, jack with 5 foot angled hoop
05 Aug 2015 7:06PM (Tournament); 2 Readers
runs penult and rover in the same stroke!
05 Aug 2015 7:06PM (Tournament); 2 Readers
Whay bother 2 balling when you have that option I suppose!
05 Aug 2015 7:06PM (Tournament); 2 Readers
Jack and Evan are upset that has happened
