CNZ GC Nationals
Actual GC Singles Format by Chris Clarke
Just a quick correction regarding the format for the GC Singles. The initial 8 blocks used "best of 2's" where each player wins one toss each. The top three from each block then qualified for the final 24, which is being played as 4 blocks of 6, using best of 3's. After this, the top 4 from each block will go into a last 16 knockout seeded using player choice. The 8 losing Medal players will go into a bo3 full knockout for the Bowl. The 8 losers in the last 16 will go into a bo3 full knockout for the Shield. The 17 players who were eliminated in the initial blocks go into a block played as single games. They will then play matches for places on the final day.
