The event will be played as a round robin, best of 3 matches. There will be 3 matches per day.
No time limits but the manager reserves the right to impose a minimum 20 minutes to a game if it is holding up the progress of the event.
Briefing at 8.30 on friday , 5 minute warm up after this. Matches to start straightaway. If you want tea and coffee please come before 8.30.
Practice available thursday 2PM to 5PM. Hoop running to be kept to medium pace , using strokes no harder then required to send the ball 7 yards , as hoops will have already been set.

$5 a day club fee, which will include tea/coffee , morning and afternoon tea. Fee to be paid on the first morning.
Lunches can be ordered and will be bought from the local bakery.
