The Third and final test match went right to the wire. We had a most fantastic series with New Zealand winning with 9 matches to 7 in the Third Test.

The spirit in which the series was played is a credit to the two teams. All players showed exceptional sportsmanship. The support of the team managers - Phillip Drew (NZ) and Anne Quinn (Aus) - made for easy management.

The Player of the Series will be announced at the Presentation function tonight. The result will be posted here as soon as possible after that.
