While I wait around for the Main Event (Z knockout) to be organised, I may as well give some updates on the Final. But I’ll probably disappear at an inconvenient point, so apologies for that...

So Harry v Paddy it is. As of late night, Harry is the higher ranked of the two, and hasn’t dropped a game yet in the event. He’s also had the first break in almost every game, so his lack of errors plus having consistently hit back in after his contact leaves has done him well.
Paddy’s has more interactive games, varying his tactics and leaves depending on the situation and opponent.

Anyway, Harry goes first, E level with 4, Paddy C2, Harry misses at his own ball, Paddy misses the sort-of double, Harry makes 1 off partner leaving a 3y Southern rush which he hits.

Sends partner to 3, going to the ball still on E boundary, takes off to the ball in C2 and hits. He practices this roll to H2 a lot...
