Well - Mark won the second game so game three in progress and Mark has got a leave (Pen and Peg). Mark has a lift pending being on 1 and 3 - then lawn became a swimming pool as they all did and rain stopped play for about 5 hours.

Lawns 4 and 5 and 1 cleared - James completed his quarter against Jamie and has reached the semis....now he just needs to wait whilst all sorts of thrilling pegged down things happen - very eciting as I have no idea who is playing which colours, if there are lifts pending - whose turn it is etc etc - there are more question marks on the pegging down sheets that words. Best one possible is that black clip is preched neatly on the box and the black ball is about 3 feet from yellow by hoop 1. I managed to complete my quarter against a very tricky Wendy Wu - amazing skills as I was on lawn 5.

One doubles block decided so that is good news. The other is still open as the Suter/Hayes game was rather curtailed with one half of oppo being a Footie Fan and off to Footie Friday at the tennis Club next door....hope you all had a great time!

Still - we all had a good wash and my trench foot will clear eventually with medication.
