The engraved Goblet was won by unbeaten Sarah Hayes who disposed of Tony Mason in the final. Russell Dalgleish prevailed over David Warhurst for thrid place.

The Hands Ladder also included the block games - after two more rounds on Day 2 a victorious Dave Kibble was top of the ladder - by a considerable amount of points it must be said.

Both Dave and Linda played well - unfortunately their car never got out of first gear!!!

Thanks to everyone who helped out - David Fuller for foolishly asking what there was to do and becoming assistant scribe for an hour at start of Day 1 - he does now realise why people shout a cheery "hello" as they rush past the managers desk!

Particular thanks again for Robin Smith who kindly stepped in after one player came down with some sort of man flu.

Two AC Bronze Merit Awards were earned by Tony Mason and Russell Dalgleish.

Tony's handicap was also reduced to 11....well done.
