My apologies : I don't seem to have been able to open the computer at Hutt Rd, and have so far not managed to get access to the grid for this event in an editable form; will try some more later but for now I'll record what I can for information in case I fail.
Karen Magee (handicap 18) played the first match of this event this morning against Colin Yeatman (handicap 16). Karen won the match 12-3.
Julie Barry arrived as the match was finishing. She reported that several of her family members have now tested positive for Covid-19. She and her husband were in contact with them last Saturday, for a very short time, and they both tested negative this morning. After discussion both Karen and Colin agreed that the prudent course of action would be not to play her under the circumstances, so further play was abandoned. The documents for today are in the clubhouse.
