Format: A 27-point test (18 singles, 9 doubles) played over 7 rounds (three rounds of doubles and four rounds of singles). Each player will play 3 x doubles and 3 x singles. All matches are best-of-three 13-point games. Seedings were agreed based on rankings on 31 May.
