Entrants
The entrants to the tounament are as follows (in order of entry receipt). Greg Hall, Carol Buckingham, Rob Turner, Ross Jewell, Grant Alexander, John S Robertson, Liz Jewell, Elizabeth McMaster, Jim Wyatt, Wendy Bailey, Murray Henshall, Jenny Sonntag, Wendy Fergusson.

Tournament format
This is a winter event and weather conditions may make adjustment to the format necessary. The event will be played over 2 days using the American scoring method and entered on Croquet Scores. Day one will be played in two blocks, with each player playing 5 or 6 games of 13 hoop GC. The top two players from each block will play two 13 hoop games against one another on day two, as will the second two best scoring players, the remaining players will play 5 or 6 games against one another.

Seeding
Seeding has been carried out in accordance with CNZ Tournament Regulations Part D: 19.2, striping has been calculated in accordance with section 19.2; save that a committee of 3 Club Committee members and the Tournament Manager have together determined other ranking positions in a fair and logical manner.
