Play on Friday had to be cancelled, and there were further delays on Saturday. The hordes who didn't enter must be the best weather forecasters. Group play and 1/4-finals went by the form book. Evan Newell, making a comeback, could not get past a lucky Simon Williams on a lawn of confusing variety of pace. Fingers crossed for the morning, with more rain predicted.

Further rain on Sunday has delayed the tournament again. The Singles final will now take place this Saturday at 11am, and the remaining doubles matches will be arranged ad hoc. I'll enter plate results and calculate what play-offs are needed in this later today.
