WCF Over 50 GC World Championship
Plate format by Chris Clarke
The Plate will have two blocks - one of 8 and the other of 7 players who will play 13 point games. At the conclusion of each block, the top 4 players based on wins followed by net points then who beat who will progress to a best of three knockout. My intention is to play at least 4 rounds on Wednesday and then complete the blocks on Thursday. Plate Quarter Finals and Semi-Finals will be on Friday and the final on Saturday.
I am severely lawn limited on Thursday, so games will be less frequent than on Wednesday. Players on lawns 7 and 8 on Wednesday will play on the main lawns on Thursday.
For the players who are eliminated from the Plate, Z games will be offered on Friday and Saturday - please let me know if you are interested.
