With every game having a lawn to itself, there is clearly little need for a time limit on A class games!
Two of the first four games ended on time, and the ones that did finish took 3 hours. The afternoon was little better, and two of the evening games were pegged down after 7pm (wife expecting husband for fine dinner), with a third finally finishing at 7:30. (One of these pegged down games was finished on the second day long after everyone had gone home.)
Never mind the final batch of games on the second day included one with two -1 players so ... that game ended 24-22. Three of the last batch went to time.
As winner Rich Waterman commented, the firm hoops rewarded good break play and penalised sloppy breaks.
