Hesham Elzoghby exchanged with Cecil Creasey to correct CAN distribution;
Louise Smith exchanged with Jimmy Huff to correct ENG distribution;
Jack Rush exchanged with Billie Ray to restore average block DGrade;
Manuel Marcos Fal exchanged with Jane Beharriell to avoid a same-country final round match.
