Northern Stars One Day Finals
Minor Rule Change by Ian Burridge
Old Rule: A player qualifying for both the Open Final and the Challenger Final must play in the Open Final.
New Rule: A player who has qualified for both the Open Final and the Challenger Final must play in the Open Final, if they have achieved a top 4 finish in any of the heats.
Rationale: The rule was intended to prevent strong players from choosing to play in the Challenger Final. It was not intended to force weaker players to play in the Open Final.
