Kia Ora Tatou,
Welcome to everyone from Mission Hills Club, Palm Springs, California.
It's currently 24 degrees celcius and we are expecting 30+ today. Not a cloud in the sky and I've just been joined by my good mate rocking a lovely pair of lionels, the ever entertaining Keith Aiton.
Both tests will be doubles matches today. There are 4 lawns on the top half of the club, 2 of which will be used for NZ vs USA, 2 for ENG vs AUS. The remaining 2 matches will be down on the bottom lawns.
ENGLAND VS AUSTRALIA
Lawn 5: Mulliner and Patel vs Hockey and G Fletcher
Lawn1: Death and Burch vs Forster and Dumergue
Lawn 2: Maugham and Hopgood vs R Fletcher and M Fletcher
NZ vs USA
Lawn 4: Garrison and Hakes vs Rothman and Maloof (Camera lawn via MacRob website)
Lawn 6: Chapman and Clarke vs Huneycutt and Morgan
Lawn 3: Hogan and Shilling vs Soo and Lawrence

I'll try and provide regular commentary for the top 4 lawns and provide updates for the bottom 2.
Players are about to begin their warmups. The courts are relatively flat, with the odd slope near corners and boundaries. Hoops have been 'tightly set', but I'm expecting the matches will be very short either way after the nerves for the first few days are out the way.
So far things have run relatively smoothly, lets hope it can continue this way!

The NZ team is kitted out in their black uniforms with USA predominantly in White shorts and long sleeve white shirts. The Aussies have white polo's and green shorts while the England team is all rocking some white shorts and a new England polo with a red stripe and 3 lions on the back. Play is about to begin!!
