Practice is available at both venues from 9:00, finishing by 3:00 at The Beach Club and 3:30 at NCC, followed by the Players' Briefing 4:15 at NCC. (Players are also welcome to attend the Damon Bidencope Celebration of Life, 3:00 upstairs at NCC.) The Opening Ceremony begins at 5:00, followed by a reception.

There are 2 courts at The Beach Club. At NCC, 6 courts will be set up for practice. The other courts will generally be closed for maintenance, but, when it will not interfere with the grounds crew, practice may also be allowed on some of those other lawns (most likely without hoops in place). At NCC players should check in at the Manager's Desk to make practice bookings.

On each of the 3 days of the Block Stage, one block will play at The Beach Club:

• Saturday, Block A
• Sunday, Block B
• Monday, Block E

The Beach Club will also be used for the first two days of the main Knock Out Stage, a different quarter of the draw each day.
